Shipment
You will usually receive standard orders 1 to 3 days after receipt of payment. Shortly after collection drops and during sales, delivery times may be longer.

You are dissatisfied? Unfortunately you chose the wrong size? No problem!
With us you enjoy a 30-day return policy and can therefore cancel your order within 30 days.
However, due to sustainability, we do not cover any costs for returns.

- Use a washing temperature of 30 degrees Celsius.
- Turn clothes inside out before washing to preserve colors and avoid pilling.
- Use a mild detergent suitable for delicate clothing.
- Avoid using bleach to protect colors.
- Air dry the clothes or use the dryer's gentle cycle.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
With us you have a right of return of 30 days. Here you will find all further information about your right of withdrawal.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE REFUNDED?
After your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will check it. Once everything has been confirmed, your purchase amount will be credited according to the payment method you chose when ordering. This process can take up to 14 days.
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. You can redeem one discount or voucher code per order.
DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS?
If you have placed the order and have already received a “shipping update” email, unfortunately the delivery address cannot be changed subsequently. Depending on whether the order has not yet been fulfilled, you have different options:
1. The order has not yet been fulfilled: Please write an email to our support team with the subject “Order – wrong address”. Write your order number and the address to which your package should be sent in the email. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can still update your shipping address.
2. The order has already been shipped: If you have already received an email with “shipping update” that is no longer displayed in your customer account, then your package has already been prepared for shipping. No need to worry: If your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Our support will contact you once the return has arrived and they can either have the package delivered to your new address again or the purchase amount will then be refunded to you (if you wish) within 14 days.
