No problem! You can return unworn items to us within 14 days free of charge*. Anything that doesn't fit will be exchanged: We also offer you a simple and automated size exchange.
*Pegador® does not cover return shipping costs for returns outside of Germany, Austria or the Netherlands.
We make returns easier
We have gotten rid of paper return receipts. The following button will take you to our returns portal , where you can process your return and exchange online using your order number and email.
Two refund options: refund or store voucher
If you make your return via the returns portal, you have the choice between a refund of your payment via the original payment method or a store credit with an additional bonus of 10% on the total amount. If you have chosen the shop credit option, you will receive an email with further information about your shop credit after registering the return.
Our returns policy
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label.
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you chose when purchasing. Processing and refunds may take up to 10 business days. Returns outside Germany, Austria and the Netherlands
You can also register returns outside of Germany, Austria and the Netherlands in our returns portal. We do not provide you with a return label for returns. Please note that you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad.*
